Today we continued down the coast of Oregon. At one viewpoint, we got out of car and Paul says, "Is that dogs barking?" I remembered reading somewhere that sea lions and/or seals make a barking sound. There were (according to local expert on hand) about four thousand of them on the rocks below. What a sight! These were taken with my 300 mm lens, but still quite a distance away. Both sea lions and seals on these rocks.
Then we were told that there was a Gray Whale in the same area, here's some magnified shots of the spout and tail fin.
Again we drove some beautiful areas with tall, tall, trees and sunshine!

About 4 pm, the fog started rolling into the shoreline. It was interesting to actually see the "roll."
