I did it!

I have lost 10% of my body weight. I feel more energized as I am walking two and half miles daily. My clothes are fitting better. I think I will get a blood test done to see if my levels have improved.

Way to go! Keep up the good work. I haven't lost a pound in the last month. But at least you are inspiring me to at least think about it. I guess that is a first step. Too much sitting!

GREAT JOB RAYNA!!!! You have inspired me and I have had some weight loss. It is very, very hard to start eating smarter. When I realize how much I was eating I wonder why I kept gaining. If only it could come off as quickly as it goes on. Here I go whining again. I better start keeping "E" in check. Love ya so much! Can't wait to see you in October! Lenesker
